We complete order verification, product inspection and secure packaging procedures within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) once your order confirmation is received. Each luggage item is checked for appearance quality, stitching firmness and accessory integrity before shipment to avoid defective products being delivered.
During peak sales periods, holiday promotions and shopping boom periods, the sharp growth of order volume may slow down our regular processing progress. We will actively send email notifications to customers to inform you of updated order status once obvious processing delays occur.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping fees for all orders will be automatically calculated according to package weight, size and delivery destination, and the exact shipping cost will be fully displayed on the checkout page before payment confirmation.

After your luggage order is inspected and officially shipped out from our warehouse, you will receive an automatic shipment confirmation email, which contains complete tracking numbers and official logistics inquiry channels.
Due to the data synchronization rules of logistics platforms, tracking information cannot be queried immediately after delivery. Normally, tracking details will be fully updated and available within 24-48 hours after shipment.
4. Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Customers need to carefully check and confirm that the shipping address, postal code and recipient information are accurate and complete during checkout to avoid delivery failure or parcel return.
CELESTE MARIE HERNANDEZ will not be responsible for parcel misdelivery, loss or return caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by customers. If the package is returned due to address errors, the customer shall bear the additional reshipping fees for re-delivery.

If your package is lost or cannot be tracked during international transit, please contact our customer support team and submit your order information within 7 days after the expected delivery date, and we will launch a logistics investigation actively.
Damaged Items:
If your luggage products are damaged, deformed or the packaging is broken when you receive the goods, please get in touch with us within 48 hours after delivery. You need to provide clear original photos of the damaged products and complete outer packaging for verification. Our team will review your case professionally and solve the problem as soon as possible.
6. Luggage Care and Usage Notice
All luggage and bag products are equipped with dedicated usage and maintenance instructions. Customers should use, clean and store the products in accordance with the official guidelines to effectively protect the product appearance and extend service life.
CELESTE MARIE HERNANDEZ does not undertake liability for product damage, deformation, accessory damage or performance degradation caused by improper use, overloading, artificial collision, incorrect cleaning methods or unauthorized modification of products.
7. International Shipping and Customs Notice
International cross-border shipments may be subject to import duties, customs taxes and other import-related fees charged by local customs of the destination country. All these additional charges are borne by the customer independently and are not included in the product price and shipping fees.
